I accept commissions through Vgen, and if you're curious about the process, feel free to check out my Vgen profile for more information. Below I have listed the services I currently provide, alongside a brief description and my general Terms of Service (ToS)

Canon Characters StoryIf you have an canon character ship you want to commission a story of, this is the service to use.For €10 per 1000 words, you decide how long you want the story to be.

Yume Character StoryIf you have a yumeship you want to commission a story of, this is the service to use.For €15 per 1000 words, you decide how long you want the story to be.

TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
Thank you so much for allowing me to work on your idea!!Once I accept, and all details have been agreed on, I will begin working on the Client's commission, and send the Client at least one snippet - just to make sure I understand the assignment, to avoid misunderstandings.
Once the snippet is approved, I'll begin working on the commission to completion. If the Client so desires, the Client also has the option to be completely surprised.Client and I will discuss everything about the idea on the preferred site of communication (see H. COMMUNICATION about my preferred channels), and once both Client and I are in agreement that work can start, I can begin working on the aforementioned snippet.
Client is expected to give as many details as they can about the idea. This is for me to better create the requested story, and to avoid misunderstandings.I accept any types of pairing, and my normal focus is GL (yuri). I can do GL, HL, BL, and anything in-between. I also accept yumeships, self-inserts and OC x Canon stories - for these, I will need some more details on Client's OC.Disclaimers:
I will hold the right to decline the commission, if I'm uncomfortable, if I feel like I won't be able to do the story idea justice, or if I simply can't fulfill it. If this happens, I deeply apologize.RATES AND PAYMENTS
The prices listed on the services does not include VGen's Service Fee (5%). All costs incurred, including transaction fees, platform fees, conversion fees, and any other fees that may be charged by the bank/card providers, will be the Client's responsibility.I will ask for 50% as a deposit when I accept Client's commission, and the remaining 50% before final delivery of the commission.If I make a change/adjustment in my commission rates, I'll make an announcement on my Social Media account(s). Any commission that are already in progress will not be affected by the rate change, and will keep the price as when the request was made.If there are any issues with a commission, I kindly ask the Client to speak with me first, before opening a case with VGen and making any public statements. Failure to do so, will unfortunately result in me blacklisting the Client from all future commissions.REVISIONS
Client can ask to be updated throughout the process, or can choose to let themselves be surprised at the final delivery, after looking through the snippet and accepting the work presented.
If Client chooses to receive updates, I will send regular weekly updates on writing progress and word counts.
Every commission includes three (3) revisions, plus one revision of the final delivery for up to a month after the piece has been posted, from the day of posting.I hold the right to determine if a revision is a normal revision, or a major revision.Revisions include, but are not limited to:
Adding/deleting small details, adding/deleting small parts of dialogues, changing the character’s speaking tone or gesture, and other minor details that do not require one or more scenes to be rewritten.Client CAN NOT request major changes to the story midway through the writing process.Any major revisions requested upon the completion of the commission will be charged according to how many extra words are added to the story due to the requested revisions.
Major revisions include, but are not limited to:
Changing the overall concept, plot, setting, characters involved in the story, characters’ relationships, and other major details that require one or more scenes to be rewritten.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYI will begin work on Client's commission, usually within one week of receiving the initial 50% deposit. Any special cases will be discussed beforehand.The final delivery of the commission will usually be ready between four and six weeks (depending on the length of the commission) after Client accepts the snippet, and I receive the go-ahead to continue work. If the commission is longer, I will discuss possible timeframe before we proceed.The Client will receive updates immediately if something happens that will add additional time in order for me to complete the commission. To ensure transparency, Client will receive weekly updates on writing progress and word counts.The commission will be provided in the form of a PDF, and Client can also request a Google Docs or Microsoft Word document of the file.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe commission is intended for personal use only.The Client can freely choose if the commission will be published online, or kept private. I will upload Fan Fiction on my Archive on Our Own (AO3) under my "Yuki Publishing House" collection, unless the Client and I agree to not post the fics in my AO3 account.The Client is allowed to translate and repost the commission to other languages, as long as Client credits me as the writer.The Client is allowed to repost the commission, as long as the Client credits me as the writer.The Client may not claim authorship of the commission or remove credit to me as the writer.I can use the commission as a sample of my work and portfolio by mentioning Client as the commissioner, unless Client wishes to remain anonymous.Neither Client or me can use the commission for commercial purposes and/or to gain profit in any way. If it is discovered that Client is using a non-commercial commission for commercial purposes, Client will be reported to VGen and blacklisted from all of my future commissions. I will also make a public notice on my Social Media for awareness.RELATED TO GENAI
Client may not use my work to train AI, or allow others to do so.REFUNDSOnce the deposit has been paid and the snippet has been accepted, no refunds will be issued - unless I am unable to deliver the finished commission due to unforeseen circumstances, which I will communicate clearlyIn case of illness, personal emergency and similar before or after sending and accepting the snippet to the Client, and I need to cancel the commission, the Client will receive a refund on their commission, with the possibility of rescheduling the commission to another time.There will be no refunds or chargebacks for old, delivered commissions.COMMUNICATIONYou can contact me via VGen, Bluesky, Discord or E-mail. Community Project "Yukizine"

Idea

Project "Yukizine" is a collaborative project spanning from the end of September and until the end of the year, culminating in a free, formatted PDF that will contain illustrations and writing from both myself, and everyone who are interested in participating.

 
Terms

Your contribution
It's entirely your own decision what you wish to contribute with. It could be your favourite ship, a surprise epilogue to your existing story, one of my (Yuki's) yumeships or something original, even. The world is your oyster, the canvas is yours to fill.Any fanart—or fanfics—you submit will be properly credited, and an appendix page will also be included with all the appropriate links and socials for any readers to follow.My own contribution
To the project, I will handle the creation and formatting of the yukizine file, as well as writing two (2) yume-centered short stories that will be exclusive to the yukizine for a few months, before they are published to AO3 for everyone else to read.
 
 
I WILL NOT POST YOUR SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT CONSENT.I will only post my own yukizine-exclusive short-stories to AO3, and if you so desire to leave them in the yukizine document, that is 100% your choice to do so.The yukizine will be a 100% free file, that I will make downloadable 'somewhere', and anyone who is interested in participating, will do so knowing that I won't be able to compensate monetarily, but is willing to participate just for the fun of it. 
I WILL NOT EARN A THING.The yukizine will not be hidden behind a paywall of any kind.
It will be added to my VGen shop as a free product for anyone to download for free, without the option of adding a tip to the product. This is a fun, collaborative project, that isn't meant to be sold - only shared.My intention is not to earn a dime on this. The project is meant to be a collaborative one, where we all add a little piece of ourselves. 
You may not use the yukizine in its entirety for commercial use, but you're free to use each of your contributions outside of the yukizine for commercial use, since each of your submissions are your own. You may refer to the yukizine just fine.

 
Requirements

The final zine will be in an A5 format, with an undetermined amount of pages, written in English. To make sure everything will fit properly, here are some guidelines and requirements for the submissionsDrawings and Illustrations
Drawings and illustrations should be made in an A5 format taking into consideration a margin to accommodate page decoration in the margins of each page.Info
- 148 mm x 210 mm with 20 mm of margin taken into account
- 5.83 × 8.27 inches with 0.79 inches of margin taken into account
- White background if it's uncolored 
Writing and fanfiction
Writing and fanfiction doesn't have an upper or lower limit in word count, but it is recommended to keep writing at a reasonable length for the best reader experience.Info
- Any writing should be in English, but if you have wishes to write in another language, we can talk about it and figure something out
- No upper limit for word counts
- No lower limit for word counts
- No need for special formatting, as I (Yuki) will make sure the entire zine has a shared formatting for the best experience. This includes, but is not limited to: font color, font face, letter spacing, word spacing and line spacing. 
SFW and NSFW content is both allowed, it's entirely up to what you're comfortable sharing with the readers who may download the zine to read it.
 
 
While it's entirely up to you if you want to share progress screenshots or writing excerpts, my personal opinion is that it would be more fun to not share any progress with our followers, until the final product is finished.
